Work or study from home during period of quarantine tips

Our member’s schedule

Have you ever rambling around and can’t get your work done? Have you ever feel unproductive all you want to do is to sleep and keep scrolling your phone? Here are some tips for you to feel more motivated and stop wasting your time on things that not really matter to you.

Daily Routine

Have a daily routine is a good start for people who want to be productive. For instance, every morning you should wake up at the same time and make your bed afterward it will increase your productivity. Take a shower and get ready even though you are not going outside. Wear your favorite t-shirt, put on your jeans, put on a little bit of makeup, put on your perfume by doing these you will feel much better even nobody can see it, but you can see yourself looking good then you will feel great and ready to conquer the world.

Have a workspace

You can’t do your work or study on your bed because that is the place where for relaxation and for you to sleep, so it is not a good idea to do your work on your bed. Instead, you should have your own workspace. A space that is free from distraction, free from baby crying, somewhere you can just sit and work. The best place is a space with enough sunlight like by the window and is far away from all distractions. Wherever makes ya feel better.

Make your own schedule

To do list is a crucial item that everyone should start using. Write what you have to do in a night before and start doing immediately tomorrow. The best way to organize you to do list is to write what you really have to do with red pen. What that is might be done that day with black pen and what that can be done the other day with blue pen. Plus, make it easy for you, but not to make it looks cool. Change yourself a little from day by day.

Have a play hard work hard mentality

If you need to do something do it immediately don’t procrastinate and waste your time on social media such as chatting, liking, and commenting on people’s post. By doing this you will have more spare time to do something you really like or love to do. For example, playing video games, listening to music, spend time with your loved one, or go on a small trip to the country side. In summary, do whatever you want to do to make you feel better.

Don’t forget to take a break!

When we are working, I’m sure we will only think about our work and forget to care about our physical health and mental health. Yes! You have to work, but don’t forget to take a break. Since it’s a quarantine season, so you can create your own schedule and work at your best time. That’s mean if you like to do your work in the afternoon. If you’re studying don’t forget to take 10-20 minutes break after studying for 1 to 2 hoursDon’t forget to give yourself a treat after a long day of your hard work such as a face mask, a nice meal, or take a nap. Even robot needs a break, so its machine won’t be broken.
